YATRAVANTA TRAVELS & MOBILITY

Terms & Conditions

The general terms for using our website, requesting travel services and confirming a booking.

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This page is a starter policy for YatraVanta. Review and adapt it to your actual operations before publishing.

1. Scope of these terms

These terms describe the general conditions for enquiries and services arranged by YatraVanta Travels & Mobility ("YatraVanta", "we", "us" or "our"). The contracting service provider and the final booking confirmation should identify the party responsible for each service.

A quote, itinerary or service is not confirmed until the customer receives written confirmation of the relevant arrangements and any required payment.

2. Enquiries and customer information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, contact details, pickup and drop-off locations, dates, passenger counts, luggage requirements and any other information needed to arrange the service.

If details change, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may affect availability, price or timing.

3. Prices, inclusions and additional charges

Prices and inclusions will be communicated in the applicable quote or booking confirmation. Unless expressly included, charges such as tolls, parking, permits, entry tickets, accommodation, meals, waiting time, extra kilometres, driver allowances or taxes may be payable separately.

Customers should review the written quote and ask questions about any unclear item before paying.

4. Transport services

  • Vehicle category, pickup time, route and service duration are subject to the written confirmation and availability.
  • Passengers must follow applicable safety instructions and wear seat belts where provided.
  • No passenger may require a driver to act unlawfully or drive in an unsafe manner.
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, government restrictions or other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect schedules.

5. Tour packages and third-party suppliers

A tour itinerary is a plan and may be adjusted for safety, operating hours, weather, availability or local restrictions. Specific inclusions, exclusions and supplier conditions should be stated in the booking confirmation.

Where a hotel, activity, transport operator or other supplier provides a component directly, that supplier may have additional terms. We will communicate supplier terms made available to us where relevant.

6. Customer conduct and safety

Customers must treat drivers, staff, other passengers and suppliers respectfully, follow safety requirements and avoid unlawful activity or damage to vehicles and property. Reasonable costs arising from customer-caused damage or exceptional cleaning may be charged where permitted and supported.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund eligibility depend on the applicable booking confirmation and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Supplier charges, work already performed and non-refundable components may affect the amount refundable.

Please review the policy at /refund-policy before completing a booking.

8. Liability and exceptional events

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Any applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this website. The version applicable to a confirmed booking should be identified in the booking communication.

These terms are intended to operate subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of competent courts, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
